I am a consultant, certified mediator, and intercultural trainer. I work with international teams, individuals, and experts, helping them to communicate, collaborate and manage tasks and people in multicultural environments. As a mediator, I help my clients to solve conflicts and implement projects at the strategic and operational levels, supporting clients in various organizational roles and sharing my knowledge, skills, and fascination with diversity.
